I often get the message "Unable to run local business server" when requesting access to the
ARIS local server content on my laptop.
I tried providing additional memory by setting maxMem=1024m instead of 256 in the local client's config file to see if that would help but to no avail.
This is a problem that happens about maybe 20% of the time. Please advise

Hello,
I am facing a very similar problem : I have installed Aris with a local database and provided the path to the licence .zip file as requested. The installation finished without error message. However, when I run Aris and try to connect to the local database, the connexion windows runs for several minutes without showing any progress in the progress bar. Then a windows appears telling that it was unable to start the server 'LOCAL'. This happens each time I try to run Aris.
Any idea to help would be appreciated,
Thanks,
Jason
