Report with attributes and objects?

Hi,

Can anybody give me a script that can generate a report having attributes and objects as well. for an example: I need to show attributes like: identifier & description and Application systems & Job Roles in the report. I have referred the script in this community but it has script only to show attributes or objects seperatly. I want them together in one report.

Can anybody help?
