Profile picture for user Alegra

Hi, everyone!

I want to aks you the following:

I have created a template and I want to share it with all users in the database. Can I do this?

Thanks in advance for your cooperation!

Hi,

currently, this is not possible automatically. "Fragments" are locally created and handled by the users, an exchange is (currently) not possible.

But you can do the following:

In you database, create a group "conventions". There, for every model type you created fragments, create a model. Place the fragments there. Now, the other users should open the models and create there fragments based on the examples created by you.

Sure, this is a "non-automatical", organizational step, but it just needs to be done one time per user.

Bye,

Frank

You can share the fragments

All fragments are stored in local machine at directory  C:\Documents and Settings\USER\ARIS71\Pattern

Only copy the Path Pattern and paste to others users before to open the ARIS....

Hi,

I was wondering if there is anything new on this topic? Now we have Aris 9.6

I'm  looking for a way to get my colleagues to use the corporate templates as easy as possible. E.g. it would be perfect if someone creates a new FAD the FAD fragment would appear automatically in the model.

Thanks
