Hello Team,
I have a basic knowledge (1 year experience) in ARIS Process Designer and ARIS Business Architect. I have an upcoming interview for a position (Process Consultant) requiring experience in ARIS. Can anyone please tell me, what kind of questions should I expect from the panel and what topics should I be prepare for?
Would really appreciate if someone can please help.
Thanks,
Amiyangshu
Hello Amiyangshu,
1. Know your area of expertise. Don't pretend you have seen everything in ARIS. With 1 year experience you will have some good knowledge in some things, but not seen many others.
2. Know the answer to the question, if you can do methodical work. Do you have experience in creating a meta-model leading to decisions on what to model in which model types, when and why. Then you would be asked, what kind of meta-model you developed in that year, what the goal and scope was.
I think that's just about the questions I would ask a process consultant with 1 year experience. And I would also be satisfied if the answer to the method question was no, if I am looking for someone who conducts workshops with business people with guidance from the method owner.
Another question might be, if you have any experience with the WYSIWYG report editor or scripting experience. Also no harm, if the answer is no.
