Help!!!

I have installed ARIS Express on my new work laptop and I am now unable to export any of maps to PDF. I get an error message: "The desired script is not available. It was possibly deleted by another user." I have tried exporting old maps and get the same error. However a colleague can export other maps to PDF, but not the one I have been working on.

Hi,

please close Express, delete the folder "%userprofile%/ARISExpress\server" and try again.
