In the last few months I've started having performance issues while working on maps (new or existing). When I try to move an object or amend it, the system freezes for about 20secs before it finally responds. It doesn't happen everytime I click on an object but seems to become more frequent the longer I'm working on a map. Another collegue is having the same issue.

Does ARIS Express have an autosave option? Could this be the issue?

I'm using version 2.4 with Java Runtime Environment 1.7.0_05.

Hi Andrea,

Yes ARIS Express has autosave option enabled but to a limited band. It depends on how much data that is unsaved in the map / model.

Hi Andrea,

well, Express does not really have an autosave option. How big is the model? Do you use large pictures in the model?
