Hello,

I started my trial subscription almost 30 days back. My organization purchased paid subscription and the admin has enabled full subscription for me. This was 3-4 days back, I haven't received welcome email or any other communication to convert my trial subscription to regular subscription. Who should I contact to resolve this issue?

I have checked my spam folder but I don't see any email to activate my account

Hi Ashih

I assume you mean your ARIS Cloud project room "apidesign".

We have checked this in our ARIS Cloud Shop. There is no order arrived from you in the last days. Did you get a confirmation in the webshop about a successful order?
