ARIS Business server is not find oracle DB

hello~

im using Aris 7.1 and oracle 10g system.

i tried to aris business server installing. but error occurred..

error message is like this

"connection to oracle database server failed"

"Log in to oracle database server failed"

and bla bla bla

is this my oracle setting`s worng or aris business problem?

hope it advice.

additionaly, publisher server setting is same problem.

plz help .

Very hard to say. The best way to move forward would be to contact our hotline in case you got a valid support contract. Also, take a look at the admin guide shipped with the installation DVD.
