I'm new at this...

I'm trying to simulate an "enterprise" style installation, all on Windows 2008 Server platforms, following the ARIS Server Installation and Administration Guide.  ARIS Platform version is 7.2.4, build 741369.  This is what I have so far:

The 1st server is called ILARISDB.eur.ad.sag and it has MS SQL 2012 installed as the DBMS, ARIS Site Manager, and ARIS Site Administrator.

The 2nd server is called ILARISSRV.eur.ad.sag and it has ARIS Business Server installed on it.

The 3rd server is called ILARISCLIENT1.eur.ad.sag and it has all the ARIS clients.

I ran the DB scripts to create the database as described in the manual.  However, when I try to Add and Connect a site in the ARIS Site Administrator I get the following error message:

Unable to generate database list of the "ArisServer" server.

Also, connecting the clients, say, Business Architect, doesn't work.

Thanks for any help anybody has to offer.
