Our BI team is planning a project to build a management dashboard, where some of the data is based on ARIS objects, e.g. number of projects by category. We are an SAP shop and our BI tool is Business Objects (BOBJ). What is the best way for BOBJ to extract information from ARIS? Our preference is direct access, e.g. ODBC, ODBO. However if ARIS data can be accessed via web service that would work too. The least preferred option is to run a macro to periodically extract data via a report into Excel or other intermediary database.
