Hi,

Hoping someone can help with a query I have.

Is there any way to create a folder within the DB repository that System Users do not have read access to?

We have a folder that one system user needs to work in, but needs to restrict (due to business sensitivity) all other users, regardless of their priviledges, from seeing the content.

We are using ARIS Platform 7.1.0.423484 (SR_2009_04)

Thanks in advance!

By default you cannot change the access privilegies of system user...

I think that you can create a common users and put more privilegies like system user but restrict these folders

Thanks for the quick reply.

This seems to be the case, I can't disable access permissions without removing the System User access.

Will need to manage this by process instead of functionality ;)
