We are currently running ARIS Version 7.1.0.524795, and have just found today while trying to view the common script files (.JS files) the web client seems to hang trying to open the list in the explorer window. To recover, the client must be killed and restarted.
This occurs if opening Common Files through the Administration module or the Scripts module.
I also have a local client installed, and when accessing via this I can see the common files with no issues on the same server.
These files haven't been accessed for at least 6months, but nothing has changed in the ARIS install on the server since I upgraded mid last year (and accessed these post upgrade).
I am guessing its something to do with either the JRE version on my machine (although I'm not the only person affected) or the Tomcat server, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Ok through a quick bit of trial and error, disabling all recent versions of JRE on my machine except 1.6.0.7 (our packaged version for using ARIS) seems to restore the ability to access these files. The new JRE version 7 seems to cause some interesting issues with the web client.
