Please let me know where I can see some examples for product model and IT frameworks build in ARIS? I want to see the level of details need to be captured for the mentioned models.

Hi,

not sure exactly what IT frameworks might mean as it is a very broad term, but here are some good examples available on ARIS Community to get started:

IAF/TOGAF by Kris Nunes
ITIL by Britta Hilt

Both links above will lead you to overview articles, each of them linking to more detailed models at the end of the posts.

I would like to know the structure of model prepared for IT System architecture for some process.

Also want to know about product or service model structure.

Hi Mr. Gaurav - you should take a look at the TOGAF reference models that are prepackaged with the ARIS 7.1 framework and possibly read about the TOGAF framework. You may need to reach out to IDS to figure out where to get the reference models.
