I am unable to connect to ARIS express and get the attached message.

 

I have checked my password and login and all are correct as i am able to log into Aris Community.

I have had someone also test this and he is unable to access ARIS express. However we have other people able to access and use it on a daily basis. 

 

Is there any issues or known causes for this?

Hi,

well. the message you posted as attachment says that checking your account was not possible. Thus, Express is not able to check whether your credentials are connect or not.

Please contact your IT to make sure that Express is able to connect to the ARIS community.
