Hi All,
Can ARIS Client upgrade be done for multiple clients at once? E.g. After upgrading the server. All the clients on the network can be upgraded with new version of ARIS. Is it possible?

Hi All,
I got this answer from ARIS Global support team. For detailed information please see installation and administration guide for ARIS 7.2 chapter 4.15.5 Automated installation.
Procedure
- Run the installation program using the setup.exe -r command.
- Specify your settings and complete the installation. Using the -r parameter creates the setup.iss file in your Windows directory.
- Create a new directory on your hard disk, and copy the files of the installation program and all its subdirectories to the new directory.
- Copy the setup.iss file to the new directory, too, so that it is in the same location as the setup.exe file.
- Copy the newly created directory to all computers on which you want to perform an identical installation.
- Run the setup program using the setup -s command.

Note There are two ways to enter a license key:- License key that is valid throughout the company: In this case, the license key can be part of the installation package, i.e., it is entered in step two of the above procedure. The end user does not have to enter any key.
- License key that is not valid throughout the company: In this case, you do not enter a license key during installation. For licensing reasons, this must be entered by the end user when starting the client for the first time.

Yes it can
There are 2 requirements:
1. You need to create a URL that can "publish" the current updated version
2. You need to define in each client under View->Options-> Automatic Update - the URL you have created.
