Synchronisation between SAP Solution Managers and ARIS 9.8 is working fine. Synchronising from ARIS to SAP Solman doesn't allow us to select the options for the structural elements to be changed so the synchronisation is going through without updating the changes in Solution Manager. Is there a specific setting that we should configure to allow these items not to be greyed out? Dina Jacobs , triVector, South Africa
We at triVector have managed to resolve the issue.
After the project has been setup on the server
Select ARIS Administration >>>SAP >>>then Right Click on Solution Manager Configuration to add server
After the server was added. We login to SAP Solman server from ARIS
Then we right click on the server to add the correct solman project.
Thereafter Double-click the project. The Project configuration tab is activated. The overview displays all pages for which you need to set the options.
