Проблема при активации aris express

Установил aris на компьютер. Запускаю приложение, на шаге 3 (enter login data) ввожу свои логин\пароль. После чего появляется сообщение:

"Unable to connect to ARIS Community/ Please connect to the Internet when running ARIS Express for the first time so that your login data can be checked.

Please also check the proxy settings of your system in the Internet options."

В чем проблема? Подключение к интернету имеется.

Привет D K,

Первый раз, когда вы идете использовать ARIS Express, вы должны войти в систему с тем же именем пользователя (электронная почта) и пароль учетной записи ARIS Community.

Приветствую, у меня проблема схожего характера.

Ввожу свои логин и пароль, однако входа не происходит, программа начинает виснуть, и так постоянно. Может что то не так делаю?

Столкнулся с ошибкой "Unable to connect to ARIS Community...", помогло скачивание актульного файла установки с сайта (https://www.ariscommunity.com/aris-express/download). Это на случай, если кто-то как я пытался установить программу старым установщиком.

P.S. Разработчики могли бы предусмотреть вывод соответствующего сообщения об неактуальной версии ПО, вместо того, чтобы писать про отсутствие интернета.

программа открывает файлы которые я сосзал сам.

An ARIS Express model is a file with the file extension .ADF. And that file is basically an ZIP archive. When opened up with 7-Zip it looks like this:

If ARIS Express is properly installed, you can just double click such a file and ARIS Express opens it.

But if an .ADF file you received isn't a ZIP archive, then it's not an ARIS Express file.
