My Stategist collagues are wantig to create a BDN model. This model is a framework for explicitly linking investment objectives and the requisite benefits with the business changes which are necessary to deliver those benefits and the IT functionality to enable these changes to be made.
This will help::
- to establish a ‘line of sight’ from a strategy to IT delivery
- to ensure we focus on benefits management in order to drive identification of the right IT projects
- to contribute to the identification of investment priorities.
My question is whether a model exists across the ARIS platform and if so where please? I have attached an example which hopefully supports my explanation above.
Thank you.
