Just wondering if you have defined the mail server credentials in the APG configuration like mailrelay.yourcompany.com

Hi,

What you are refering is defining the process to send email to say requestor, reviewer etc.

I am refering the configuration to actually process the email notification to be sent to the person by the mail server.

If you look at the <drive letter c, d etc>/Program Files/ARISAGE1.0/config/age-configuration-setup. Search a line called com.idsscheer.age.email.smtp.host.

Thanks

Hi,

I am not sure about SMTP. Generally SMTP is a secure one and you need to provide the valid mail addresses for SMTP. In your case check if xxx@ebpm.com.cn is a valid email address. (I assume ebpm.com.cn is a valid one).

Alternatively try using mailrelay.ebpm.com.cn and see if this works.

Thanks

Hi,

Thats' great. As I have said SMTP is a secure one. So you have to provide all the necessary information like the password, valid email address etc.

Sometimes you do not want to receive reply for this automated email. In that case you may use mailrelay. But you have to make sure in your email to the user that it is a automated mail, do not reply something like.

Glad it is resolved.
