Hi Frank,
are you aware of the support for Six Sigma within ARIS Process Performance Manager and ARIS Performance Dashboard? As part of the ARIS SixSigma Solution ARIS PPM support especially the phases "Measure" "Analyse" and "Control":
- Automated and continous measurement of KPIs, avoiding significant manual effort in Six Sigma projects.
- One-click frontend-integration from ARIS PPM GUI to MINITAB software including automatic computation using MINITAB macros.
- Integration of the MINITAB results in the company dashboard with constantly up-to-date data (e.g., control charts, process capability plot).
