These two model types are classified as being process models in the ARIS house.  Why is this correct?  I don't think that they show a dynamic process but more a static library, so why are they classified as process models and not function models?

A model is assigned to the process perspective in the ARIS house if it contains object types from different perspectives. For example, an organisational chart only contains object types from the organisational perspective. Therefore, the model type organisational chart also belongs to the organisational perspective. On the other hand, an EPC model type contains object types from various perspectives like technical terms from data perspective or functions from function perspective. Therefore, the model type EPC belongs to the process perspective.
