 Hello everybody.

Please, I have a lot of diagrams in version 1.0 and when I opened some in version 2.0, I had the problem that some objects have been mapped to the BPMN ... Are those with the background in white in the figure.

The versions have the same incompatibility problems?

How can this be resolved?

Also, some objects that were in the palette of objects no longer exist, as the object to specify a particular document.

Thank you for your attention.

Thank you.

Hi,

currently, we never heard about compatibility problems like this.

You can, if that is possible for you, attach that file here, so I can check.

Or try the following:

1.) alternative one: close Express, start again

If that does not work:

2.) Close Express. Go to your user profile: e.g. "C:\Documents and settings\<your user>\ARISExpress". In this directory, delete the "server" folder. Start Express again.

Does that work?

Bye,

Frank

Hello Frank.

Apparently it worked.

I'll check if it worked with all my diagrams.

The only strange thing I noticed was that some "OR" turned "AND"

Thaks

Hello

Another thing I noticed is that the object (blue) used to indicate a system, for example, is no longer available in the palette of symbols for selection.

It's all very strange, because every time I start the ARIS EXPRESS 2.0 is something different in my models generated initially in version 1.0.

Hi Hugo,

so the problem is not solved. There are actually more symbols missing, e.g. risk.

Did you delete the folder, as I mentioned?

Bye,

Frank

 Frank,

Deleting the folder "Server" the problem is resolved.

Every exchange version we should delete this folder? There is something else that should be done?

Thank you for your help and attention ...

Hi,

no, there is a mechanism which updates all data, if a new version is downloaded. This mechanism did not seem to work in your case. This is the first time this behavior is communicated to us. We'll have an eye on that.

Bye,

Frank

 Hello everybody.

In version 1.0 I could save the diagrams / files using accents in the lyrics as "ç, ã, é" etc ...

In version 2.0 can not save, it is anyway? Is there any configuration I can do to save as before?
