Hi,

It's seems quite tedious to fill in all the simulation data if I have a big EPC model. Is it possible to create a template and use scripting to write the simulation data into objects in the EPC model?

I'm not an expert on writing reports for data transfer from external sources to ARIS, but my guess would be that this is possible.

Another option could be to use ARIS Process Generator. This allows you to export a model or a list of objects to MS Excel, edit attribute values in the spreadsheet and then import the values into ARIS.

ARIS Process Generator sound like a good solution. Do you happen to know where can I download this?

ARIS Process Generator should be part of your ARIS installation. Check the ARIS help for information, especially the topics below "Work with objects and models / Process Generator".

Hi,

I am running simulation on EPC.I want to input the volume data that in to the first event. This can be done by updating relevent attribute - like frequecy, daily .I guess it takes this as static volume inflow for that proceess through out simulation.

If I know the volume inflow pattern, say by across days of month,or in a given day across hrs of the day (there will be low and highs across days,or even within a day). How can I schdule this information at the start event, so that simulation takes in to account of this variation.

Can some one help me please.
