“The future of BPM starts now”
Business Process Management (BPM) is an established management discipline. Since today's organisations expect every employee to think and act like an entrepreneur, BPM is also becoming part of everyday operations. But merely adopting a process-based approach across the enterprise is not enough to enable BPM at every level.
“A case for collaboration - Coca-Cola's program Scale”
The Coca-Cola system's Program Scale aims to achieve continuous, long-term improvements in business process and information resources covering the entire BPM life cycle. This program has enabled Coca-Cola to standardise over 90% of all processes for bottlers in the Coca-Cola system, leading to greatly enhanced cooperation between bottlers and widespread use of best practices.
This presentation outlines the program roadmap, the benefits to the operations, as well as the BPM foundation and governance.
