Hey,
We have an issue regarding publishing the content that we have. There are times when we try to update an existing export but we find that the export is missing. If we log in to the Publisher URL the existing published content is still there. But the Publisher Exports section of the Architect does not show the export.
We've found a temporary solution for the issue which is to just go restart the publisher server. But we would like to find out why the export is invisilbe.
If anyone can explain why this happens it would be much appreciated.

Hi Jacob,
I could see this effect in the past when the publisher server name you have entered in the ARIS Architect "Publisher Server" node is not equal to the server name which is configured in the "webappserver.cfg" file.
Maybe this could be a reason also in your case?
