I'm currently new to the ARIS Community as well as using ARIS. I wanted to post this to ask if anyone has any experience using ARIS Business Design particular for processes in Human Resources. It would be great to hear valuable feedback, user experiences, best practices and how you structured your ARIS framework for HR.
Our HR department recently made the decision to harmonize and evaluate all of our processes with ARIS. In the past, our processes were just documented with MS Visio.
