Hi,

I'm looking for a smart way to arrange horizontal swimlanes, so that there is no gap between them..

I assume you are using BPMN model types. You might want to turn on the grid and then select all objects with Ctrl + A. When you right-click on an object, choose "Align to grid", so that all objects are aligned *duh*.

Then you can resize your lanes and they should fit together nicely.
