We have just bought ARIS 9.5 licenses as follows:
· ARIS Risk&Compliance Manager/ARCM Modul Incident & Loss Management, ARCM Modul Audit Management, ARCM Modul Deficiency Management, ARCM Modul Issue Management, ARCM Modul Operational Risk Management, ARCM Modul Sign Off Management, ARCM Modul Survey Management, ARCM Policy Management/English/ 5 User
· ARIS Connect Designer
· ARIS Connect Viewer
· ARIS MashZone Server
· ARIS MashZone User
· ARIS MashZone Viewer
· ARIS Connect Server
We are currently on Ver 7.1 and are in the process of upgrading to 9.5.
I would like to know if the following licenses (for Ver. 7.1) will work on ver 9.5 or if we need to buy other licenses:
- ARIS Business Architect
- ARIS Business Design
- ARIS IT Architect
- ARIS IT Design
I will appreciate your response at it will give us direction on what we need to do.

Hello France,
If you have existing ARIS 7.1 licenses and have a valid maintenance contract, you can request Software AG to update your licenses to ARIS 9.5 and import them in the UCM. You can then use them in ARIS 9.5.
IT Architect as such doesn't exist anymore but it is an add-on to ARIS Architect or Designer (EAM add-on I believe).
It works for me at different customers, let me know if you need help.
