Technical Assistance Please with Download of Aris Architect Platform
After downloading and saving both files in my C drive "part1.exe" file
Then open the generated folder "ARIS Platform" and the file "setup.exe".
This began to run part 1 and then an error message as below came up. I have tried everything even our IT dept here in the College were unable to help. They feel their is a file missing in the download. I have downloaded several formats and several different ways but the same error occurs. It is not an issue with space etc. If anyone can help please please I would really appreciate it.
