Feedback in ARIS Business Buplisher

Dear All

Anyone know what is the configurations need to enable the feedback button from ARIS publisher. And if the internet explorer version affected. It's most likely a browser setting, kindly note that our internet explorer version 9.

Dear Khalil,

Do you mean the button "Contact"?

An email address can be configured in file layout.cfg.xml in folder C:\Software\ARIS9.8\server\bin\work\work_businesspublisher_m\base\webapps\businesspublisher\layouts\default\config

Add an email account reachable from ARIS Publisher Server, e.g.:

<responsible email="ARISadmin@MyCompany.com"/>

When someone clicks the "Contact" button their local email client will open up with a new email and preset the above configured address.
