ARIS Cloud issues

I have a couple of issues with ARIS Cloud:

1) For one of my rooms I cannot change my password.

2) Yesterday. I created two models (BPMN and Enterprise BPNM models). Today they are gone. Any idea what happend/how to recover them (if possible)?

3) I tried to move artifacts to a different folder, but without any success. Anything that I miss/suggestions?

to your inquiries

--> Do you get an error message? What's the name of your project room?

--> Did you save them? Are you logged in with the correct filter? There are no effects known which remove any content.
3) I tried to move artifacts to a different folder, but without any success. Anything that I miss/suggestions?

--> What do you mean with "artifacts"?

Thanks Christoph,

1) room=aris; i did get an error message, some system errors.

2) Yes I saved them. No, I can't change filters. The model type was no longer available (room=aris2).

3) any model or object. My work around is to cut and paste them.

Hello

Do you have a screenshot of the error messages to effect 1)?

2) What model (Type&name) do you miss?

3) That's possible in ARIS Cloud Advanced on an easier way via teh ARIS Cloud Administration.
