nachdem ich gestern noch ganz normal gearbeitet habe mit einer Architekten Lizenz, sind seit gestern abend die gesamten Modellierungen zerstört. Auch die Kollegen mit der Designerlizenz können nicht mehr alles erkennen. Was ist los, wie kann ich das problem beheben?
All oure Processes are gone. Nobody can see anymore the complete Processes, just some symboles. Whats Happend?

Have you checked if you and your Designer users are using the same filter? (Just in case, you can check which is the current filter placing the mouse arrow on the name of the database: it will show the filter and language you are using).

yes we use all just one filter
and they have also no rights to delete something.
Yesterday in the morning was all good, and than in the afternoon there just some Fragments left. Also i can not find a installation for the cloud controller. i have no chance to have look if all jobs run.

hi all,
I have the same problem by using the aris express tool with a BPMN process model. My model is not huge, but I have many different control flows. The positions of these arrows are handmade. I am very sad, because it was a lot of work for that process model.

ARIS Express and the commercial ARIS prodcuts are quite different software products. Means, bugs are are unlikely identical. I suggest that you ask your question again in the ARIS Express forum: http://www.ariscommunity.com/forums/aris-express
