Hello All,
I am using sapjco-ntintel-2.1.8 for ARIS solman sync.
added sapjco.jar in C:\Program Files\ARIS7.1\JavaClient\lib\sapjco.jar
and copied librfc.dll,sapjcorfc.dll in windows\system32 and
i have set classpath and path
CLASSPATH: C:\Program Files\ARIS7.1\JavaClient\lib\sapjco.jar
PATH: C:\Program Files\ARIS7.1\JavaClient\lib;C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\Program Files\HP\NCU;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;
It's work fine in client system on which i have done configuration based on localserver then it allows me to do synhronization with somlman but when i am doing the same thing in ARIS business server(32 bit os) it says that it require sapjcorfc.dll version(2.1.9).I think there would be a some compitibility issue...
i found it in sap service market but it's not there if anyone has a sapjco-ntintel-2.1.9 for windows 32-bit please share with me..
Thanks in advance
Kundan Amin

eventhough it gives me the same error that, found version "2.1.10" but required version "2.1.9"
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Kundun,
the ARIS4SAP SolMan synchronisation is executed on the server therefor there is something wrong with the JCo on the server side. Your screenshot is from the JCo of the Java Client and therefore you have to execute the following command:
"C:\Program Files\ARIS7.2\server\jre\bin\java.exe" -jar "C:\Program Files\ARIS7.2\server\lib\sapjco.jar"
I believe you have the wrong JCo Java library 'sapjco.jar' in the server lib folder.
Do you use a Local Server or a dedicated ARIS Business Server?
If you use a Local Server then you have to execute the following command:
"C:\Program Files\ARIS7.2\LocalServer\jre\bin\java.exe" -jar "C:\Program Files\ARIS7.2\LocalServer\lib\sapjco.jar"
Best regards,
Sascha
Hi Kundun,
if you have any other problems with the JCo issue then have a look at this SAP JCo FAQ.

Sascha
