ARIS 9.8 method error

Hi. I have been using ARIS for teaching BPMN. We have recently installed ARIS 9.8 (local database) and are getting errors.

For example when running a semantic check we get "Error running semantic check: Report: BPMN 2.0), line 14 TypeError: Cannot call method "getRuleName" of null (BPMN 2.0)#14. I have tried different method filters like BPMN 2.0 and Entire method but the error persists. Does anyone have advice.

The second problem is that gateways by default don't have their Name field visible. The workaround is too onerous for the students.
