Hi,
we are facing some problems with Solution Manager synchronization after made the upgrade of ARIS from 7.2 to 9.6.
We have two SAP Solution Manager one SDX (sandbox) and another one that is the SMD (DEV) on project on ARIS 7,2 could synchronize with both SAP Solution Manager but after we export this project from 7.2 and import into 9,6, the synchronization only is possible in SDX that is the Solman that we created the project .
PS. We create projects in SDX and transport to SMD through request.
The erro shows like we do not have valid configurations.
does anyone resolved this error?

In theory it should be possible to do this; I have successfully used multiple solution managers in the past (and with transport moved the complete project over. However, not Best Practice
What you could check is to download the SMD project (transfer project) into a fresh database (ensure you set up the configuration correctly in the administration module) Afterwards, compare the Project object from this Database with the 'live' database.
This should point you to the error.
