User tries to set up ARIS Express but can not get acces to Aris Community.
We try to solve this problem but can not. We set up "Use browse settings " in Java control panel. and unfortunately user can not swich off PAC file(his system administrator does not allow to do it).
Do you have any other idea?

Express sets up a secure HTTP connection to check your community account. Seems that your IT disallows this request, so Express is not able to register.
You can try the following.
- Open your system panel
- select "Java"
- in the appearing dialog, check your network settings
- normally, "use browser settings" are correct, but it is worth to try "direct connection".
If that does not work, IT blocks the call from Express to the community.
This lies completly in the hands of your IT to allow the request or not. There is nothing we can do.

The problem presents when I connect my laptop on the same network with the same characteristics of permissions.
If I connect with the community via browser from my laptop I have no problems.
The difference is the operating system, be detected, my laptop has win 7 Ultimate 32-bit, the PC has 7 home win premium. Have any restriction operating systems?
Another difference is that the PC I have Java installed 6.21 on the laptop 6.22
