please be a bit more specific, what the message of Express is... So is the problem, that you just cannot register Express against the community using your community password, and you are using the windows version?

In that case:

ARIS Express - in the windows executable - uses other ways, to get the proxy information, as the webstart version does.

There is a percentage - even if it is a smaller amount of user - using a proxy configuration which does not allow Express to connect to the community.

Maybe this is the case here.

There's a workaround for this:

Because the webstart version is a bit more tolerant, you can download the webstart version and register using that version. Afterwards, you can can uninstall that version and install the windows version again.

That is a bit cumbersome, but at least, this is a possible workaround, if the windows version is just not able to get through the proxy.
