Dear All,

We currently have acquired ARIS for Business Strategy. Each department will be modeling their strategy however we would like to have some control and history over the updating of attributes such as the actual values for KPIs.

Is there a possibility of extracting the history of changes?

Please note that versioning is not something we can go for.

Can you please help with this.

Kind Regards,

Mohammed Al Imam

Hi,

Unfortunately, ARIS has no possibilities to store many data instances for object and their attributes (like KPI). Yeah, ARIS has versioning  but it seems impossible to use this feature for your purpose. In any way you need to have some external system which would collect, evaluate and store KPI data. We use self-made web-portals and exchange of data between ARIS and external storage could be provided by ARIS scripts.

Regards, Alex
