missing objects after incorrectly shut down pc

After i shut down PC incorrectly while running ARIS Architect & Designer 9.8, i got some bugs:

1)Every time i enter ARIS i need to create new connection (last entered connection doesn't saves) of course i clicked mark [save user account].

2)I cant exit ARIS, it just closes connection. So i need to kill task.

3)Some elements doesnt shown (shown like red empty box), i checked filters, it should show ALL.



What i tried to do:

1)Reinstall ARIS

2)Open ARIS by Mozilla web interface
