ARIS Architect issue to start local server

Hello,

what actions shall be taken in following scenario:-

While starting ARIS Architect system goes off
on rebooting the machine when you try to start the ARIS, it gets stuck at Starting local server.
it looks like due to system reboot while Starting server, program was ended in between hence its giving issue.
please suggest further action.

Dear Nilesh,

As you guessed already that this is a technical issue which is very specific to your installation, we can't resolve it here via this forum. The log files need to be inspected which can't be handled here. I suggest you open a support ticket for Global Support ARIS via Empower, Software AG's customer portal: https://empower.softwareag.com/

Yes, our support is part of the maintenance contract which also include regular product updates and bug fixes.
