We use ARIS 9.6 and we have installed both Design server and Business Publisher server in two different machines. The web exports failed to update automatically. So we update the exports manually which also fails to update . So we tried to create new exports. But the creation of new exports also failed and getting the below error message.
"The Procedure was canceled"
I have checked the log files and I found the below error message.
Could someone please help us to solve the issue ASAP. It is in Production.

Dear Nisha,
That error sounds as if the Java max. memory value is too low.
Check the current max. memory allocation (JAVA-Xmx) for Publisher via ARIS Cloud Controller:
show instance businesspublisher_m
Depending on your available physically installed RAM on that computer where Publisher runs, increase the value, e.g. for "m" sized installation go from the default value 3g to 8g (or even higher in case you installed "l" already):
