Could someone please advice me how to restart the UMC runnable in ARIS9.6. I need the command to restart the UMC runnable.
Please let me know ASAP.Thanks
When you have installed ARIS Desing/Connect Server on a Windows computer, you will find in the program group ARIS/Administration the menu item ARIS Cloud Controller.
Start that command line tool and enter help to see all available commands.
The list command shows the runnables and their status.
The stop umcadmin_s stops the UMC runnable (depending on your installed ARIS size replace _s with _m or _l.
And start umcadmin_s starts the runnable again.

We have faced login issue in ARIS Designer (ARIS 9.6) and I have already posted this issue. As per your advice I have opened a ticket with software AG and sent log files to them and awaiting for their feedback.
I have checked the log files and found the below error.
Caused by: javax.naming.CommunicationException: DomainDnsZones[Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect]
Note: Few ARIS users are able to login but some users faced the below issue. All are LDAP users.
Unable to establish connection. Please check the username, password, and tenant.
Could you please advice how can I proceed further.
