Does anyone know of versioning control system which can manage Aris models?

Hi Orit,
You can find more information on this in ARIS help from Business Architect.
Basically it works like this. You can create version of model which creates a change list in database. You can login to this chage list in read only mode while login in to database. And you can compare the model with the older version of the same from Model properties and from change list.
Check the help for more details. And while working on this it will be great if you find solution to the problem i have "how-delete-change-list-or-deleted-models-change-lists"

It depends to which level you want to control the versioning in ARIS. As mentioned by Amol you can use the versioning that is available in Business Architect (select Versionable when creating a new database or restoring a database as Versionable)
There are also some ARIS products available like RCM (Release Cycle Management) and APA (ARIS Process Automation) which versions and move models from e.g. Development to Production environments.
Alternatively you can also use more manual methods such as using numbering conventions and creating copies of various versions or stages of models.
