Dear Oswaldo,
For ARIS version we provide so called Feature Overviews, like the one you linked above of 9.8 SR4. Additionally, such documents are published when such Services Releases which offer new product functionalities.
On the ARIS Community you can find all Feature Overviews from ARIS 9.5 up to 9.8 SR4:
For each Service Release we also provide a document called Release Notes, a list of fixed issues which were reported by customers. Those PDF files come with each ARIS DVD. You could request those files from Global ARIS Support, but since we always add the newest SR information on of top the existing, you only need the newest one which is currently SR5. All other SRs are included there.
