We are experiencing extreme slowness when editing a BPMN model with template applied. But the same model can be edited with out any performance issues when there is no template.
We have tested this with both user defined template and ARIS default templates.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issue? Can you please let us know how we can resolve this issue?

Dear Pavan,
Is your ARIS 9.7 version number lower than 97.0.0.10.958105, then you should consider to update to a newer release, since we have had some performance issues under some specific circumstances from ARIS 9.7 GA (97.0.0.5.946097) up to ARIS 9.7c (97.0.0.9.956614).
Of course, if you want to be sure that your issue has been resolved before applying the update, then open a support ticket via Empower/eService.
Updating to the latest ARIS 9.7 release is recommended: 9.7 SR2b (97.2.0.1.996053) available on the ARIS Download Center.
