I am using ARIS Designer, version 95.0.3.857106 & Java Runtime Environment 1.7.0_25.



The last few days I cannot access ARIS > Options. When I click on "Options...", no window is displayed.



Could anyone advice what to do to solve this issue?

Hi,



maybe you could have a look at "%userprofile%\ARIS90\log", there are log files placed. This could help.



BTW: meanwhile, ARIS 9.7 is released, worth doing an update.
