I'm using the user name from my profile and checked the password to make sure.

Hi,
assuming you did not change the password it defaults to system/manager. Please note, case matters and it is all lower case.
Within your start menu there should be a link to a static html file named My_MashZone.html. This file contains the summary of your installation and a link that logs you in automatically. You may bookmark this for your convenience.

Thanks for your note. When I launch My Mashzone the page above comes up. After clicking Start ARIS MashZone the same error appears - This combination of the user and password does not exist.
Is there a way to get back to Add license key window to check the login details? Maybe I changed the profile by mistake.
Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
