Hello All,

I am sure there are answers out there.

How do you calculate number of people required to model business processes in a business unit? Lets say a Business Unit has around 200 business processes that require modelling in ARIS tool in five level of hierarchy. If we have experienced ARIS users how may do you think will be required to model these 200 processes?

I am looking from the perspective of time, resource and effort required. Also to consider, change request, update to the models once reviewed etc etc.

There may not be a perfect answer, I would appreciate your input to this discussion.

Regards,

Rupesh
