This post is written in response to the the problem indicated here.

You can download the macro here.

 

  • The macro runs on model level so multiple models can be selected for macro evaluation.
  • For each model, macro will inquire about the prefix and it will add prefix to every object occurrence residing on the model.
  • It may happen that one object has multiple occurrence within same model, so macro will only add supplied prefix one time and not the multiple time.

If you have two process models as shown below:

 

and then by default, if you construct a  matrix the excel report will look like this:

So your report will look like this:

Using the macro you can have the report in this format:

 

 

Please note: The prefix will be added to the name of object and if the macro is run twice on the same model the prefix will be added two times.
