Hi All,
I had ARIS express installed in my old machine and I was using it for a long time. Today I got a new machine at my office, I downloaded the software again and I installed it.
When I tried to lunch ARIS, it took me online and it asked me to enter my user name and password, I have done it correctly (I logged at the same time using the same information on line) but it did not work.
The system was asking me to check the internet connection but I was already logged on ARIS web page at the same time...(see attached)
Any help please...
